The Rules

Running rules to live by:

  1. If you can walk normally after a race, you didn’t run hard enough.[1]
  2. All questions are answered by asking: What would Pre do?
  3. To run further, run further.
  4. To run faster, run faster.

These rules in a state of flux. Rules may be added, removed, modified, or renumbered at any time as I see fit. There are many Running Rules, but this set is mine.
